My art practice can be described as thinking rooted in photographic process and informed by movement through the layers of perception, space and time. I use a variety of mediums to understand what information is trying to become materialised and known as I am experimenting with the boundaries of what an image is.
A lot of my work is shot 'perceptually' while thinking and responding to a topic. It often is transformed into material objects, which are taken on a journey to further develop a thought: from a strip of film, to fabric, to a wearable jacket, generating experiential knowledge through art.
