Emotional bodies
This project is an exploration of the collective 'emotional bodies' - a symbiosis of memory, cultural artefacts, belief systems and every day expressions as one perceptual experience. What is it like to be a human as opposed to a human-like machine? How do humans experience themselves in a cultural structure that was designed organically, through history, evolving from one state of being into another, repeating cycles and starting new ones? Is there a place for emotional bodies in the future filled with emotionless entities organising relational, governing, safeguarding structures that summarise human experience algorithmically, using the logic of the number to decide the path of evolution?

Moving along the spiralling timeline, beginning and ending in absolute stillness, the flow of the life force through the body doesn’t have any consistency or logic beyond that, which is the easiest pathway. Soil is what our human bodies eventually become, and this is what they are made of. Soil and water. We are the temple and the garden at the same time; we are the marble and the rotting leaves, the flowers and piled-up wood offcuts from the roof structure. We are the choice to look out of the window and see the sun rising. We are the beauty that has the capacity to see beauty.
Chaotic movement with no resolution, dancing like a ghost inside the tunnel. Tangled in a string, restricted by the limits of the walls... The tunnel has no end... The tunnel...
